Take the E80 motorway south towards Rome and exit at Follonica Est Turn left towards Massa Marittima, continue for 1 km and at the first roundabout take the second exit towards Montioni .... 2) From the South: Take the A12 Roma - Civitavecchia north, Civitavecchia and continue on highway E80 - Grosseto north, past the exit and continue on the same Grosseto, then exit at Follonica Est Turn right towards Massa Marittima, continue for 1 km and at the first roundabout take the second exit towards Montioni .... 3) From Follonica center: Follow the signs for Massa Marittima pass the new race course, continue to 1 km and at the first roundabout take the second exit towards Montioni .... ... Once past the round of Montioni, follow this road for 4 miles, past a bridge on a sharp bend, then the first intersection, turn right on Marsiliana Provincial Road 143 and continue approximately 3 km until you meet the left a dirt road marked by two stone columns. Take it on and follow the signs for Podere Borgognano. 4) From Massa Marittima center: Just down from Massa Marittima, crossing the intersection, take the provincial road 143 and head towards the State Forestry and Carapax - Centre turtles and storks. Continue on this road and at the Mill of the twelfth century, at the intersection turn left. Follow this road past the farm Marsiliana and follow the road until you come to the right a dirt road marked by two stone columns. Take it on and follow the signs for Podere Borgognano. Da es nur 12 km vom Meer entfernt ist, besteht die Möglichkeit, auch viele der nahegelegenen, Touristenattraktionen zu genießen, wie den Hafen Punta Ala, den Calaviolina Park, das Schloss Scarlino, die Strände und die Pinienwälder von Follonica, den Baratti Golf mit den berühmten archäologischen Orten in Populonia und die Calidario Therme in Venturina. Die Insel Elba und die Inseln des Toscano Archipels sind von den nächsten Häfen, dem Castiglione della Pescaia, dem Puntone di Scarlino und dem Piombino erreichbar. B) DIE ANLAGE Das Borgognano Farm House ist für all diejenigen wie gemacht, die die Natur lieben, da es auf einem Hügel inmitten von Wiesen, Feldern und Wäldern liegt. Sein Standort, fernab von großen Straßen, an dem es auch im Sommer angenehm luftig ist, macht es zu einem einzigartigen und zauberhaften Ort, an dem Sie sich in Gesellschaft entspannen und die makellose Schönheit des Ortes genießen können. Der Aufenthalt ist sowohl in gemütlichen Doppelzimmern mit Bad und jedem Komfort als auch in Wohnungen möglich, welche allesamt helle Wohnküchen, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer bieten. Die Einrichtung ist im klassischen Stil gehalten. Zu jeder Einheit gehört außerdem ein gut ausgestatteter Gartenpavillon, in dem Sie den Tag an der frischen Luft verbringen können, und eine exklusive Gartenzone mit Schwimmbad, die mit dem Rest des Parks verbunden ist. Die einzigen Geräusche, die Sie im Tag hören, werden das Gezwitscher der Vögel und der Gesang der Zikaden sein. Am Abend, vor ein guten Glas Wein oder am Grill, können Sie das Firmament in friedlicher Stille genießen. C) DAS SCHWIMMBAD Nicht zuletzt das große Schwimmbad trägt dazu bei, Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Das Becken ist zunächst flach und fällt dann sanft ab, so dass sich dort auch kleine Kinder in vollkommener Sicherheit bewegen können. Vom Schwimmbad aus, das dem Tal zugewandt und stets in Sonnenlicht gehüllt ist, werden Sie phantastische und unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge erleben können. Die beeindruckende Nachtbeleuchtung wird Sie während der ruhigen Sommerabende begleiten. D) AUSFLÜGE Die Anlage ist umgeben vom Montioni Park, der mit einer großen Anzahl an Wegen zu Ausflügen zu Fuß, mit Mountain-Bikes oder Pferden einlädt. Die Mittelmeer Macchia ist von Eichenbäumen und Korkeichen geprägt, und sie ist reich an unterschiedlichen Tierarten. Nicht selten kann man Wildschweine, Dahmhirsche, Rehe, Stachelschweine, Igel, Füchse, Falken oder Schildkröten beobachten. Im Herbst, wenn sich die Bäume kräftig leuchtend rostrot und gelb färben, wird das Pilzesammeln zu einem erfreulichen Zeitvertreib. E) DIE PFERDE Bei uns ist es Ihnen möglich, eines unserer 4 Pferde zu reiten, die alle zahm und gut dressiert sind. Ebenso bieten wir Gastfreundschaft für Ihre eigenen Pferde: Diese können bei uns in gemütlichen Boxen aus Mauerwerk untergebracht werden. Zudem steht Ihren Pferden eine große Paddok mit Wiese zur Verfügung, so dass auch Ihre Tiere bei uns einen schönen Urlaub verbringen können. F) ANFAHRT Das Ferienhaus Borgognano Farm House ist sowohl von nördlicher als auch von südlicher Richtung leicht erreichbar. 1) Von Norden: Fahren Sie von der Autobahn A12 Genova – Rosignano in südlicher Richtung an der Ausfahrt Rosignano ab. Nehmen Sie die Schnellstraße E80 Richtung Süden nach Roma, Ausfahrt Follonica Ost. Biegen Sie links ab Richtung Massa Marittima und nehmen Sie nach 1 km am ersten Kreisverkehr die zweite Ausfahrt Richtung Montioni... 2) Von Sud: Fahren Sie die Autobahn A12 Roma – Civitavecchia Richtung Norden, nehmen Sie dann die die Schnellstraße E80 Civitavecchia – Grosseto Richtung Norden. Fahren Sie an der Ausfahrt Grosseto vorbei und nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt Follonica Ost. Biegen Sie dann rechts ab Richtung Massa Marittima und nehmen Sie am ersten Kreisverkehr die zweite Ausfahrt Richtung Montioni... 3) Von Follonica Zentrum: Folgen Sie der Richtung Massa Marittima und fahren Sie weiter in Richtung des neuen Hippodroms. Nach 1 km nehmen Sie am ersten Kreisverkehr die zweite Ausfahrt Richtung Montioni... … 4 km nach dem Montioni Kreisverkehr überfahren Sie eine kleine Brücke. Nach einer darauffolgenden Haarnadelkurve biegen Sie an der ersten Kreuzung nach Strada Provinciale Marsiliana 143 rechts ab und fahren Sie ungefähr 3 km, bis sie auf der linken Seite eine nicht asphaltierte Straße erreichen, die mit zwei Steinsäulen markiert ist. Folgen Sie dieser Straße in Richtung Podere Borgognano. 4) Von Massa Marittima Zentrum: Übqueren Sie die Kreuzung nach Massa Marittima und nehmen Sie die Strada Provinciale 143 in Richtung Corpo Forestale dell Stato und Carapax – Centro Tartarughe e Cicogne. Folgen Sie dieser Richtung biegen Sie an der Mühle aus dem 12. Jahrhundert links ab. Fahren Sie am Marsiliana Bauernhof vorbei bis zu einer nicht asphaltierten Straße auf der rechten Seite, die mit zwei Steinsäulen markiert ist. Folgen Sie dieser Straße in Richtung Podere Borgognano.
