L'azienda Agrituristica Borgognano Farm House, si trova nella Maremma Toscana, in provincia di Grosseto, tra la cittadina medioevale di Massa Marittima e lo splendido golfo di Follonica, sulla Strada del Vino che porta a Suvereto.


La vicinanza al mare, solo 12 km, permette di godere di amene località turistiche, come il Porto di Punta Ala, il parco di Calaviolina, il castello di Scarlino, le spiagge e le pinete di Follonica, il Golfo di Baratti con i famosi siti archeologici di Populonia e la sorgente termale del Calidario di Venturina.


L’isola d’Elba e le isole dell’Arcipelago Toscano sono raggiungibili dai vicini porti di Castiglione della Pescaia, del Puntone di Scarlino e di Piombino. Inoltre per la sua posizione centrale, è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare splendide città come Volterra, Siena, Firenze e Pisa, rinomate per il loro grande patrimonio artistico e culturale.


B. LA STRUTTURA


Borgognano Farm House è una struttura nata per chi ama la natura, adagiata su una collina ed avvolta nel verde di prati, campi e boschi. La sua posizione, ventilata anche in estate e lontana dalle strade, la rende un posto unico ed incantevole, dove potrete rilassarvi in compagnia e godere della incontaminata bellezza del luogo.


Il soggiorno avviene in accoglienti camere matrimoniali con bagno privato, corredate di ogni confort, o in monolocali o in appartamenti, che potrete scegliere in base alle vostre esigenze.


Le camere matrimoniali sono molto accoglienti con il loro arredamento classico e sono dotate di bagno privato in camera. In ogni camera c’è la possibilità di aggiungere il terzo letto o una culla su richiesta. Chi trascorre il suo soggiorno in camera, può usufruire di numerosi spazi comuni inclusa la veranda attrezzata con sdraio, dondolo, tavoli e poltroncine, dove poter rilassarsi all’ombra e leggere, e dove verrà servita la colazione.


I monolocali si trovano al piano terra, sono dotati di un comodo divano letto per 2 persone, televisione, bagno, antibagno, cucinotto, zona soppalcata con due letti, veranda all' esterno e zona giardino esclusiva. I cucinotti sono dotati di angolo cottura, lavello, forno microonde e frigo. I monolocali si chiamano uno ’Mare’ ed uno ’Maremma’. Il primo ha il soppalco in legno di colore bianco ed è arredato in stile minimal country, il secondo ha il soppalco in legno scuro e rievoca lo stile di arredamento maremmano.


Gli appartamenti sono sempre al piano terra, sono costituiti da una grande camera matrimoniale dove poter aggiungere il terzo letto, un luminoso soggiorno cucina con divano letto per 2 persone, televisione, bagno, veranda all’esterno e zona giardino esclusiva. La cucina è completa di fuochi, lavello, frigo, forno e fornetto microonde. Gli appartamenti si chiamano ’Abete’ e ’Quadrifoglio’ ed entrambi sono arredati in stile tradizionale-toscano; in quello chiamato ’Abete’ c’è anche un forno a legna a mattoni in cotto faccia-vista.


Durante il giorno, gli unici rumori che sentirete, saranno il cinguettio degli uccelli e il canto delle cicale, mentre la sera, davanti ad un buon bicchiere di vino o al barbecue, potrete godere della fantastica volta celeste, al suono del silenzio.


C. LA PISCINA


A rendere piacevole il soggiorno contribuisce la grande piscina, realizzata con una parte a sfioro che degrada dolcemente verso l'acqua, dove i bambini anche piccoli potranno muoversi in completa sicurezza. La piscina, rivolta verso la valle, ed esposta completamente al sole, vi regalerà fantastici tramonti che difficilmente dimenticherete.


La suggestiva illuminazione notturna, vi accompagnerà nelle calme serate d’estate.


D. LE ESCURSIONI


Per gli appassionati di natura e desiderosi di tranquillità, segnaliamo che la struttura è circondata dal verde Parco di Montioni, con molteplici percorsi per escursioni a piedi, in mountain-bike e a cavallo; la macchia mediterranea, con le sue tipiche querce e sughere, pullula di animali dalle molte specie e non di rado è possibile avvistare cinghiali, daini, caprioli, istrici, ricci, volpi, falchi e tartarughe. Nella stagione autunnale, quando tutto si colora di un intenso e brillante giallo ruggine, la raccolta di funghi porcini e ovuli diventa un divertente passatempo.

Presso la nostra azienda è possibile cavalcare i nostri 4 cavalli, docili e ben addestrati o in alternativa offriamo ospitalità per i vostri cavalli in confortevoli box in muratura e grandi paddock in erba dove anche i vostri animali potranno trascorrere una bella vacanza.

L’agriturismo Borgognano Farm House è facilmente raggiungibile da Nord e da Sud.


1) Da Nord: Percorrete l’autostrada A12 Genova - Rosignano in direzione sud, uscita Rosignano. Percorrete la superstrada E80 in direzione sud verso Roma e uscite a Follonica Est.


Girate a sinistra in direzione Massa Marittima, continuate per 1 km ed alla prima rotonda prendete la seconda uscita in direzione Montioni ….


2) Da Sud: Percorrere la autostrada A12 Roma - Civitavecchia in direzione nord, poi proseguire sulla superstrada E80 Civitavecchia - Grosseto in direzione nord; superate l’uscita per Grosseto e continuate sulla stessa, poi, uscite a Follonica Est.


Girate a destra in direzione Massa Marittima, continuate per 1 km ed alla prima rotonda prendete la seconda uscita in direzione Montioni ….


3) Da Follonica centro: Seguite le indicazioni per Massa Marittima; superate il nuovo ippodromo, continuate per 1 km ed alla prima rotonda prendete la seconda uscita in direzione Montioni ….





… Una volta superata la rotonda di Montioni, proseguite su questa strada per 4 km, passate un ponticello su una curva a gomito, poi al primo incrocio,svoltate a destra per la Strada Provinciale Marsiliana 143 e percorretela per circa 3 km fino ad incontrare sulla sinistra una strada sterrata segnalata da due colonne in pietra. Imboccatela e seguite le indicazioni per Podere Borgognano.





4) Da Massa Marittima centro: Appena scesi da Massa Marittima, attraversate l’incrocio, prendete la strada provinciale 143 e proseguite in direzione Corpo Forestale dello Stato e Carapax - Centro Tartarughe e Cicogne. Continuate su questa strada e raggiunto il Mulino del XII secolo, all’incrocio svoltate a sinistra. Proseguite su questa strada, superate la fattoria di Marsiliana e seguite la strada fino ad incontrare sulla destra una strada sterrata segnalata da due colonne in pietra. Imboccatela e seguite le indicazioni per Podere Borgognano.

The Borgognano Holiday Farm House is located in Tuscany, near Grosseto, in the medieval town of Massa Marittima and the splendid Gulf of Follonica, on the Wine Route, which leads to Suvereto.

The accommodation is in comfortable double rooms with private bathroom, equipped with all facilities, or in studios or apartments, you can choose according to your needs.

The double rooms are very comfortable with their classic décor and are equipped with private bathroom. In each room there is the possibility of adding a third bed or cot on request. Anyone who spends his stay in the room, can take advantage of several areas including the porch with deck chairs, rocking chairs and tables where you can relax in the shade or read, and where breakfast is served.

The studios are located on the ground floor are equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, television, bathroom, dressing room, kitchen, loft area with two beds, a porch to outside and garden area exclusively. The kitchenettes are equipped with kitchenette, sink, microwave and refrigerator. The studios are called "Mare" and "Maremma". The first has a white wooden loft and decorated in a minimalist country style , the second has a loft with dark wood furnishings and evokes the style of Maremma.

The apartments are always on the ground floor, they consist of a large double bedroom where you can add a third bed, a bright lounge, kitchen with sofa bed for 2 persons, television, bathroom, patio area outside and garden. The kitchen is complete with stove, sink, refrigerator, oven and microwave oven. The apartments are called "Abete" and "Quadrifoglio" and both are furnished in traditional Tuscan-style, in the one called "abete" there is also a wood oven baked in a brick-face view.

C. SWIMMING POOL

3) From Follonica center: Follow the signs for Massa Marittima pass the new race course, continue to 1 km and at the first roundabout take the second exit towards Montioni ....

Once past the round of Montioni, follow this road for 4 km, past a bridge on a sharp bend, then the first intersection, turn right on Marsiliana Provincial Road 143 and continue approximately 3 km until you meet the left a road marked by two stone columns, made of gravel . Take it on and follow the signs for Podere Borgognano.



4) From Massa Marittima center: Just down from Massa Marittima, crossing the intersection, take the provincial road 143 and head towards the State Forestry and Carapax - Centre turtles and storks. Continue on this road and at the Mill of the twelfth century, at the intersection turn left. Follow this road past the farm Marsiliana and follow the road until you come to the right a dirt road marked by two stone columns. Take it on and follow the signs for Podere Borgognano.

Das Ferienhaus Borgognano Farm House befindet sich in Maremma Toscana im Regierungsbezirk Grosseto, zwischen der mittelalterlichen Stadt Massa Marittima und dem wunderschönen Follonica Golf, auf der Weinstraβe, die nach Suvereto führt. Da es nur 12 km vom Meer entfernt ist, besteht die Möglichkeit, auch viele der nahegelegenen, Touristenattraktionen zu genieβen, wie den Hafen Punta Ala, den Calaviolina Park, das Schloss Scarlino, die Strände und die Pinienwälder von Follonica, den Baratti Golf mit den berühmten archäologischen Orten in Populonia und die Calidario Therme in Venturina.

Die Insel Elba und die Inseln des Toscano Archipels sind von den nächsten Häfen, dem Castiglione della Pescaia, dem Puntone di Scarlino und dem Piombino erreichbar. B. DIE ANLAGE

Das Borgognano Farm House ist für all diejenigen wie gemacht, die die Natur lieben, da es auf einem Hügel inmitten von Wiesen, Feldern und Wäldern liegt. Sein Standort, fernab von groβen Straβen, an dem es auch im Sommer angenehm luftig ist, macht es zu einem einzigartigen und zauberhaften Ort, an dem Sie sich in Gesellschaft entspannen und die makellose Schönheit des Ortes genieβen können.

Wohnen im Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, oder in Studios oder Appartements, können Sie nach Ihren Bedürfnissen zu wählen.

Die Doppelzimmer sind sehr komfortabel mit klassischem Dekor und sind mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet. In jedem Zimmer gibt es die Möglichkeit ein drittes Bett oder Kinderbett auf Anfrage. Wer seine Zeit im Gehäuse verbringt, kann aus mehreren Bereichen zu profitieren, einschlieβlich der Veranda mit Stühlen, Schaukelstühle und Tische, wo man im Schatten oder spielen entspannen können und wo das Frühstück serviert wird.

Die Studios sind im Erdgeschoss gelegen sind mit komfortablem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen, TV, Badezimmer, Ankleidezimmer, Küche, Galerie mit zwei Betten, eine Terrasse und Garten Raum auβerhalb nur ausgestattet. Die Küchen sind mit Kochnische, Spüle, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Die Studios sind als "Mare" und "Maremma". Der erste hat ein Loft in weiβem Holz und dekoriert in einem minimalistischen Stil Land, der zweite hat einen Dachboden mit dunklen Holzmöbeln und evoziert den Stil der Maremma.

Die Wohnungen sind noch im Erdgeschoss bestehen sie aus einem groβen Doppelzimmer, wo Sie ein drittes Bett, ein helles Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, TV, Badezimmer, Auβenterrasse und hinzufügen können den Garten. Die Küche ist komplett mit Herd, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Backofen und Mikrowelle. Die Wohnungen werden als "Abete" und "Quadrifoglio" und beide sind im traditionellen toskanischen Stil eingerichtet, in sogenannte "Abete" ist auch ein Holzofen gebrannten Ziegeln.

Die einzigen Geräusche, die Sie im Tag hören, werden das Gezwitscher der Vögel und der Gesang der Zikaden sein. Am Abend, vor ein guten Glas Wein oder am Grill, können Sie das Firmament in friedlicher Stille genieβen.

C. DAS SCHWIMMBAD

Nicht zuletzt das groβe Schwimmbad trägt dazu bei, Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Das Becken ist zunächst flach und fällt dann sanft ab, so dass sich dort auch kleine Kinder in vollkommener Sicherheit bewegen können. Vom Schwimmbad aus, das dem Tal zugewandt und stets in Sonnenlicht gehüllt ist, werden Sie phantastische und unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge erleben können. Die beeindruckende Nachtbeleuchtung wird Sie während der ruhigen Sommerabende begleiten.

D. AUSFLüGE

Die Anlage ist umgeben vom Montioni Park, der mit einer groβen Anzahl an Wegen zu Ausflügen zu Fuβ, mit Mountain-Bikes oder Pferden einlädt. Die Mittelmeer Macchia ist von Eichenbäumen und Korkeichen geprägt, und sie ist reich an unterschiedlichen Tierarten. Nicht selten kann man Wildschweine, Dahmhirsche, Rehe, Stachelschweine, Igel, Füchse, Falken oder Schildkröten beobachten. Im Herbst, wenn sich die Bäume kräftig leuchtend rostrot und gelb färben, wird das Pilzesammeln zu einem erfreulichen Zeitvertreib.

E. DIE PFERDE

Bei uns können Sie reiten unsere 4 Pferde, gehorsam und gut ausgebildet und bieten eine alternative Unterkunft für Ihre Pferde wohl in Mauerwerk Boxen und Fahrerlager, wo groβe Gras Ihre Haustiere einen schönen Urlaub genieβen kann.

1) Von Norden: Fahren Sie von der Autobahn A12 Genova - Rosignano in südlicher Richtung an der Ausfahrt Rosignano ab. Nehmen Sie die Schnellstraβe E80 Richtung Süden nach Roma, Ausfahrt Follonica Ost. Biegen Sie links ab Richtung Massa Marittima und nehmen Sie nach 1 km am ersten Kreisverkehr die zweite Ausfahrt Richtung Montioni...

2) Von Sud: Fahren Sie die Autobahn A12 Roma - Civitavecchia Richtung Norden, nehmen Sie dann die die Schnellstraβe E80 Civitavecchia - Grosseto Richtung Norden. Fahren Sie an der Ausfahrt Grosseto vorbei und nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt Follonica Ost. Biegen Sie dann rechts ab Richtung Massa Marittima und nehmen Sie am ersten Kreisverkehr die zweite Ausfahrt Richtung Montioni...

3) Von Follonica Zentrum: Folgen Sie der Richtung Massa Marittima und fahren Sie weiter in Richtung des neuen Hippodroms. Nach 1 km nehmen Sie am ersten Kreisverkehr die zweite Ausfahrt Richtung Montioni...

… 4 km nach dem Montioni Kreisverkehr überfahren Sie eine kleine Brücke. Nach einer darauffolgenden Haarnadelkurve biegen Sie an der ersten Kreuzung nach Strada Provinciale Marsiliana 143 rechts ab und fahren Sie ungefähr 3 km, bis sie auf der linken Seite eine nicht asphaltierte Straβe erreichen, die mit zwei Steinsäulen markiert ist. Folgen Sie dieser Straβe in Richtung Podere Borgognano.

4) Von Massa Marittima Zentrum: übqueren Sie die Kreuzung nach Massa Marittima und nehmen Sie die Strada Provinciale 143 in Richtung Corpo Forestale dell Stato und Carapax - Centro Tartarughe e Cicogne. Folgen Sie dieser Richtung biegen Sie an der Mühle aus dem 12. Jahrhundert links ab. Die folgenden Preise sind pro Person pro Nacht für Aufenthalte von einer Woche in der Saison 2011.

Die oben genannten Preise variieren je nach Saison und Zimmerkategorie Sie lieber nach.

Für ein Doppelzimmer, umfassen sie die Kosten für Wäsche und Reinigung, aber beinhalten kein Frühstück.

Für Studios und Apartments, die Preise nicht enthalten die Kosten für Frühstück, Bettwäsche und Endreinigung.

Kosten Blätter: 5 € pro Person

Preis Endreinigung: 20 € für ein Studio, und 25 € pro Wohnung.
