L’ospitalità avviene a Casa Lemmi in tre camere Matrimoniali, una junior suite e cinque suites, diverse per arredi e decori di origine familiare e risalenti all’ 800, tutte dotate dei più moderni confort (telefono, frigobar, casseforti, T.V. satellitare, connessione internet, bagno con vasca o doccia, fon, riscaldamento, aria condizionata , aspirapolvere centralizzato), ciascuna con ampi spazi che ne consentono una gradevole vivibilità come a casa propria. A Palazzo Lemmi , tuttora abitato dalla famiglia padronale, le camere attualmente dedicate ad ospitalità, tutte dotate degli stessi confort e tipo di arredo delle altre, sono due suites ed una matrimoniale. E’ inclusa nel servizio la prima colazione che nella bella stagione viene offerta nello spazio verde interno alla struttura , altrimenti nella Sala Normanna antistante il portale Ovest della Collegiata.
